Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. All processing happens in your browser, on your own device. Your files are not sent anywhere and nobody else can see them.
What happens to transparency when converting to JPG?
JPG does not support transparency, so transparent areas are filled with white.
Why is WebP not offered?
It is only offered when your browser can create WebP (Chrome, Edge and Firefox can).
