Privacy policy

Last updated:

In short: your files and text are processed on your device and are never sent to our servers. We do not collect personal data; the site shows Google AdSense ads, which may use cookies according to your consent choices.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by AllInOneTools (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information is handled when you use AllInOneTools and how you can control it. You can contact us by writing to [email protected].

2. Your files and content

The PDFs, images, documents and text you use in the tools are processed entirely in your browser, on your own device. They are not uploaded to any server, we do not store them and nobody else can access them. When you close or reload the page, the files you had open are released from memory. They are not sent to the analytics or advertising services described below either.

3. What we collect and what we do not

  • We do not ask for sign-up, an account, your name, email or phone number.
  • We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in an aggregated, anonymous way. It uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.
  • We show Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may collect technical data and use cookies or identifiers to serve and measure ads (see sections 6 to 8).
  • We do not sell your personal information and we do not receive data from Google that identifies you.

4. Data stored in your browser

So that the site can remember your preferences and your work, information is stored only in your browser's local storage (localStorage and IndexedDB). It never leaves your device and we cannot see it:

  • Preferences: theme, language, accent color and animations.
  • Favorite tools and recently opened tools.
  • Drafts from the resume builder, cover letter and email signature.
  • The documents you create in the Documents tool and their view preferences.

You can delete all of this at any time from Settings (clear recent tools, favorites, drafts and documents) or by clearing the site's data in your browser. Generated passwords are never stored.

5. Usage statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count how many people visit the site and which tools are used most. It works without cookies and does not identify individuals: it collects aggregated, anonymous data (page views, approximate country, device and browser type). It does not send your files or the content you process in the tools.

6. Advertising (Google AdSense)

AllInOneTools is free and funded by ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

When a page with ads loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which may receive data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page visited and cookie or advertising identifiers. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy. You can read how Google uses data when you use its partners’ sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google in My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com) and from other vendors at www.aboutads.info/choices or www.youronlinechoices.eu. If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

We aim to keep ads out of editors, forms, previews and away from download buttons, and we never send Google the content you type or the files you open.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

AllInOneTools does not set first-party cookies. The local storage described in section 4 is strictly necessary for the features you use and is not used to identify or track you.

Google AdSense and its partners may set third-party cookies or use similar technologies to show ads, limit how often you see an ad, measure performance and prevent fraud. Where the law requires it, those cookies are only used after you give consent.

8. Consent and privacy choices

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will see a consent message managed by Google’s consent management platform (certified and integrated with the IAB TCF). You can accept, reject or choose the purposes your data is used for, and change your decision at any time from the privacy choices link shown by that message. If you do not consent, Google may show non-personalized or limited ads.

If you live in a U.S. state whose privacy law provides for it, you can opt out of your data being used for targeted advertising through the privacy choices shown on the site or in Google’s My Ad Center.

9. Technical hosting data

Like any website, when you visit it your browser connects to the server that hosts it. Our network and hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically log technical connection data (such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type) for a limited time for security, abuse prevention and service operation. We do not use those logs to identify you or build profiles.

10. Browser features

The “Read aloud” feature in Documents uses the speech voices of your browser or operating system. Most work offline, but some browsers offer online voices (for example, Chrome’s “Google” voices) that may send the text being read to the browser vendor. If you do not want that, choose a local or system voice in the voice selector.

11. Children

AllInOneTools is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children, in line with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not store any user information on our servers.

12. Your rights

Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have the right to know what personal data is processed, to access, correct or delete it, to withdraw consent and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, we will normally hold no information about you to return or delete; you control the data stored in your browser directly.

For data Google processes for advertising, you can exercise your rights through the choices in section 8, in My Ad Center or directly with Google. If you have any questions, write to us and we will help.

13. Security

The site is served with standard security measures (a content security policy that only allows code from the site itself and from the analytics and advertising services listed above, protection against being embedded in other sites and validation of the files you open). Still, no system is perfect: keep your browser up to date and keep copies of important documents.

14. International users

AllInOneTools is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, note that your files are processed on your own device; only technical connection data reaches the hosting provider and, on pages with ads, Google and its partners, who may process it outside your country.

15. Changes to this policy

If we change how information is handled, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date before the change takes effect, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

16. Contact

If you have questions about this policy, you can contact us by writing to [email protected].
