Terms of use

1. The service

AllInOneTools, operated by AllInOneTools, provides free tools that run in your browser for working with PDFs, images, documents, text and data. No account is required.

The service is funded by Google AdSense ads, labeled “Advertisement” or “Ad”. Ads and the sites they link to belong to third parties: we do not control them or endorse their products, and any dealings with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.

2. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. If you are a minor under the laws where you live, use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you may not:

• Use the tools to create, alter or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory or infringes the rights of others.
• Process files you have no right to use, or circumvent protections on other people’s documents.
• Forge official documents, signatures or identities.
• Attempt to damage, overload, attack or gain unauthorized access to the site or its servers.
• Copy or resell the site or present the service as your own.

4. Your content

You are solely responsible for the files and text you process and for how you use the results. The files you produce are yours: we claim no rights over them. Since everything is processed on your device, we have no access to your content.

5. Keep copies of your work

Drafts and documents are saved only in the browser where you create them. They can be lost if you clear browser data, use private mode, switch devices or the browser frees up space. Download a copy (for example, as Word or PDF) of anything important. We are not responsible for the loss of information stored in your browser.

6. Intellectual property

The AllInOneTools name, logo, design and website text belong to AllInOneTools. The open-source software we use is subject to its own licenses, listed on the Licenses page.

Microsoft Word, PDF, Excel, Google Docs and other product names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners. They are mentioned only to describe format compatibility; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or freedom from errors. Format conversions may not preserve every detail of the original file. Always check results before using them, especially in legal, academic, employment or financial documents. Calculators and readability statistics are for guidance only and are not professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllInOneTools will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or opportunity arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero U.S. dollars (USD 0), unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold AllInOneTools harmless from third-party claims arising from the content you process or your breach of these terms.

10. Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove tools and update these terms at any time. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without prejudice to any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
