Create every icon a website needs from one image: a multi-size favicon.ico, PNG icons, the iPhone and iPad icon (180×180) and the manifest file. Everything is downloaded in a ZIP.
You can adjust the fit, background color and padding so the icon looks good even at 16 pixels.

Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. All processing happens in your browser, on your own device. Your files are not sent anywhere and nobody else can see them.
What image works best?
A simple square image, such as a logo or an initial, at least 512×512 pixels.
How do I add the icons to my site?
Upload the files from the ZIP to your site’s root and paste the code from favicon-snippet.html, also shown in the tool, into your <head>.
